What You'll Do

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on records review and clinical interviews
• Develop, implement, and adjust individual treatment plans tailored to inmate needs
• Provide mental health counseling, crisis intervention, and supportive services
• Document all treatment and evaluation activities accurately in health records
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information
• Apply psychological counseling theories and techniques effectively
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure inmate safety and well-being

What You Need
Required:

• Active CA license (LCSW or LPCC)
• US Citizenship (for ICE clearance)
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant mental health experience
• Strong assessment and crisis intervention skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently

Preferred:

• Prior experience in correctional or institutional mental health settings
• Knowledge of psychological counseling techniques and record-keeping
