Assist in the triage process by gathering patient information and documenting symptoms and medical histories. Monitor and report changes in patient condition to RNs and physicians. Assist with wound care, IV therapy, splinting, and other procedures as directed. Support patients and families by providing education and emotional reassurance during critical situations. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR). Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care. Uphold infection control practices and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. Participate in emergency response situations and contribute to team efforts during critical events.
