We are seeking  four  dynamic and motivated Team Leads to inspire and manage our team members in the following areas-  Instructor/Kingdom Coach, Front End/Sprouts Host, Cafe/Barista  and  Support Staff . In these varying roles, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and foster a positive work environment through prayer and upholding Biblical principles on your specialized team. Our leadership will drive team performance, uphold service standards, and support the overall success of Strong Sprouts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong management skills, a passion for customer service and experience in event coordination and staff supervision.

Duties

• Lead and supervise team members to deliver outstanding guest services, ensuring high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Manage shift schedules, coordinate staff assignments, and oversee daily operations to maintain smooth workflow
• Instructor/Kingdom coach specific -ability to create dynamic group fitness class curriculum for varying age ranges, and communicate class itinerary directly with Instructors for implementation, along with creating and leading custom games for Birthday Parties
• Front End/Sprouts Host specific -  communicate between clients and employees regarding planned events, such as Birthday Parties, Small Group and Homeschool events.
• Cafe/Barista specific - instruct all employees regarding food safety guidelines, implementing industry-specific training and maintaining inventory records to ensure food service remains uninterrupted
• Support Staff specific - oversee employees to maintain a clean, child-safe environment throughout our playground, restroom and public areas, in accordance with industry-standard cleaning protocols
• Organize and execute events management activities, including planning, setup, coordination, and post-event follow-up for Birthday Parties and other events.
• Write detailed reports on daily activities, incident logs, and performance metrics to inform management decisions
• Provide training, mentorship and support through Prayer and teaching to enhance employee skills and professional growth
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, health regulations, and company policies at all times

Qualifications

• Proven supervising or team management experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Technical proficiency in point-of-sale systems, reservation software
• Demonstrated ability in staff supervision, shift management, and managing guest services efficiently
• Assistant manager experience or similar roles will be considered an advantage
