Director of Account Management

Liviniti (formerly Southern Scripts) seeks a Director of Account Management to lead client relationships across our healthcare and PBM portfolio. In this role, you will oversee a team managing key health plan and employer accounts, ensuring exceptional service, clinical value, and cost savings. You will drive retention and growth, lead strategic business reviews, and translate data insights into client strategies. The director collaborates with sales, clinical, and operations teams to deliver transparent, pass‑through pharmacy benefit solutions that improve medication access and patient outcomes nationwide. Responsibilities Lead and mentor the account management team serving health plan and employer clients Own strategic relationships with key PBM and healthcare accounts to drive retention and growth Conduct executive‑level business reviews highlighting performance, savings, and clinical outcomes Translate pharmacy and claims data into actionable client strategies and recommendations Partner with sales, clinical, and operations teams to deliver integrated PBM solutions Ensure delivery of high‑quality service, issue resolution, and contract compliance Develop and execute account plans, upsell opportunities, and renewal strategies Support implementation of new clients and major program changes Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting PBM and healthcare clients Report on account health, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership Key Skills Account management Client relationship management PBM and pharmacy benefits knowledge Healthcare and payer industry knowledge Data analysis and reporting Contract and SLA management Strategic account planning Team leadership and coaching Executive‑level communication and presentations Cross‑functional collaboration Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field 7+ years in account management or client services, preferably in PBM or healthcare 3+ years leading client‑facing teams or managing key strategic accounts Strong knowledge of PBM, pharmacy benefits, or health plan operations Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools for client performance reviews Excellent executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder client relationships nationally #J-18808-Ljbffr Stryker Corporation
