Purchasing Clerk
Diversified Sourcing Solutions (DSS) is now hiring a Purchasing Clerk for a growing construction company in Waco, TX!
This is a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM position paying $20.00/hour. This opportunity has the potential to become a full-time, permanent position for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities
Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices
Maintain organized purchasing records and documentation
Obtain pricing and ensure purchases stay within budget
Communicate with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and discrepancies
Negotiate with suppliers when needed to resolve issues
Coordinate with internal departments to support purchasing needs
Assist with inventory management and material logistics
Track orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies
Qualifications
At least 1 year of purchasing, procurement, or purchasing clerk experience
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the construction industry
Experience working with vendors and supplier negotiations
Inventory or logistics experience
