Complete small repairs daily by applying your creativity and using problem‑solving skills. A Day in the Life of a Surface Experts Technician: We Offer Starting pay range of $19–$25 per hour, including base pay and performance-based bonuses Full‑time position Monthly bonus program based on add‑on repairs No weekends, late nights, or evenings Company car Monthly phone stipend All necessary tools and products provided for work Dedicated support lines: technician support team on call for questions Requirements Experience working with your hands – in construction, manufacturing, painting, or a personal hobby Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors – understanding color matching is a large part of what we do Experience with power tools is a plus Experience in facilities maintenance is a big plus but not required Smartphone Skill with using an airbrush and/or scenic work is a plus but not required Skill with color theory and matching colors is a plus Skill with sanding, buffing, fiberglass, and use of bondo is a plus In the Field Daily Visit 4+ job sites every day Repair damage on the job site while using exceptional customer service to follow up with staff Employ your creativity in settings such as apartments, hotels, commercial buildings, and building sites Territory coverage includes: Apopka, Clermont, Ocoee, Winter Garden, Celebration, Kissimmee Customer Service and Communication Use outstanding customer service to engage with staff and tenants Keep progress up to date with notes and updates in our CRM/Dispatch tool Reach out to our support team on any issue or question Follow Repair Process Develop an understanding of our 5‑step repair process and apply it in the field Master each part of your custom‑made toolkit Think outside the box to create one‑of‑a‑kind repairs #J-18808-Ljbffr Surface Experts
