Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
• Includes night and weekend call rotation

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid Nursing - ORT experience required
• Must hold BOTH DORA and NBSTSA credentials
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in transplant and/or spine surgeries
• Proven ability to remain calm and precise in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Commitment to adhering to the highest safety and sterility standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and organization of the operating room for transplant and spine cases
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain sterility and ensure all surgical instruments are accounted for
• Support patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Participate in on-call duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and dedication
• Uphold facility procedures and policies to meet regulatory and accreditation standards
