Schedule/Hours:

• Weekday shifts: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• NO weekends
• Call required (details discussed during interview)

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Cardiovascular Surgery
• Expertise in both circulating and scrub roles within the OR heart team
• Flexibility to support multiple facilities as needed
• Confident, adaptable team player
• Familiarity with Stryker/GE equipment and Meditech EMR

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in a variety of advanced procedures including CABG, AAA repair, valve replacements, and TAVR
• Ensure consistent delivery of safe, high-quality patient care with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Collaborate with skilled cardiovascular surgery teams (day and night shifts)
• Float to support other market campuses as part of the integrated heart team
• Maintain readiness for call assignments as determined by staffing needs
