Service Solutions Specialist

We want to work with people who support us in creating new possibilities for connected sustainable production worldwide.As a leading partner for solutions for sheet metal and material processing, we combine laser cutting technology, press brakes, automation, and software with innovative laser applications for new materials and processes.What you will be doingMaintain customer service contracts: Serve as the go to person for all maintenance contracts from creation, renewal, and cancellation.Maintain Contract Information: Maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for service solutions initiatives Support Growth Initiatives through collaboration with other departmentsCollaborate with the Sales and Operations Team: Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and align company services with customer needs.Develop Account Plans: Create and execute strategic account plans that drive both customer success and business growth.Report on Account Progress: Regularly monitor, track, and report on the status of contracts, including sales results, activity reports, and customer KPIs to sales leadership.Your education & experienceHigh School Diploma required and minimum of some College preferredMinimum 3-5 years of experience, preferably with Customer Service backgroundExcellent organizational and intra-personal skillsMS Word, Excel experience requiredCRM or SAP experience a plusWhat’s in it for youPTOBenefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, STD LTD)Life InsurancePaid Holidays401k with 100% match up to 5%People power our purposeImagine working in an environment that helps move the company to the next level, where your passion, values, and skills are integral to impacting industrial manufacturing and beyond.
