If you\'re seeking a place where you can feel inspired, valued, and empowered to make a difference, we invite you to explore this opportunity as our Food & Beverage Supervisor - Full-Time Under the general direction of the Senior F& B Manager, the Foodand Beverage Supervisor will helpmonitor employees; ensure that responsibilities are met and assignment are carried out in accordance with our high standards; and will help motivate, train, and develop assigned staff. In addition to supervisory responsibilities, this person will help with all Banquet & F&B Outlets duties as needed. • Thorough understanding of F&B/Banquet operations and management as applied to the hotel, spa and resort industry. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively train, coach, evaluate, and correct employee behavior. • Ability to work flexible and extended hours as required by the operations of the resort. • TABC and Food Handlers certificates. • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed All qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
