Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of university policies, practices and procedures
• Ability to gather, validate organize qualitative andquantitative information.
• Knowledge of project lifecycle practices, including intake,prioritization, implementation and project closeout.
• Proficiency with TeamDynamix or comparable project-managementsoftware.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurateproject files.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communicationskills for interacting with students/parents.
• Interact courteously with staff
• Decide best referral for students, individualize needs, respondto a variety of inquiries.
• Remote Work: Competence in managing responsibilities andcommunication effectively in a remote work setting.
• Flexibility: Adaptability to changing goals andrequirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HumanOrganization, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of project-management practices,including project intake and prioritization.
• Experience using TeamDynamix (TDX) platform
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaboratingeffectively with various stakeholders in a complex and changingenvironment.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including theability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, maintainaccurate project documentation, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting strategic initiatives, businessoperations or project management functions within a university orhigher education institution.
• Experience configuring and administering project-managementworkflows and documentation standards in TeamDynamix or comparablesystem.
• Experience developing dashboards, executive briefings,performance reports and data visualizations
• Project management or comparable professionalcertification

Job Description:

Responsible for documenting proposed processes, definingperformance metrics and identifying and resolving processgaps.

Job Duties:

• Build out and maintain project-management functionality withinTeamDynamix (TDX).
• Develop or update existing procedural guidelines.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and environment scans.
• Assess business processes and service delivery.
• Complete other projects to support the mission of TXSTGlobal.
