USALLIANCE Federal Credit Union in Rye, NY is seeking a Business Process Analyst to lead process improvements across deposit accounts, payments, and marketing initiatives. You will analyze NPS feedback, drive operational efficiency, and partner with IT and marketing to enhance member experience. The role is full-time and hybrid, requiring in-office presence in Rye 3 days a week with 2 days remote.
