What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Work on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, rooftop units, and commercial equipment
• Diagnose and repair boilers, hydronic heating systems, controls, and specialty mechanical systems
• Service and troubleshoot tankless water heaters
• Perform preventative maintenance and identify potential system issues
• Clearly explain findings, repair options, and recommendations to customers
• Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
• Provide a professional, high-quality customer experience on every call
• Work closely with dispatch, office staff, and management
• Continue developing your skills through training and hands-on field experience

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of HVAC service and repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and confidently manage service calls
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Dependable, team-oriented mindset
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
