Job Responsibilities:

• Provide broad support within Real Estate Department
• Review and process Real Estate related lease documents within the department
• Maintain & organize critical department information in associated databases with key ownership in project management system from data inputting, file uploading & status updating
• Handle preparation & updating of department/team related reports
• Compiling/Creating/Organizing of site approval packages for monthly Real Estate Committee meetings
• Provide general support as required for ad hoc special projects
• Organize & coordinate reoccurring department/team meetings
• Work alongside Legal Department to ensure lease documentation is processed accurately & efficiently
• Additional general administration responsibilities can include: completion of any required mapping requests, recurring template form inputs/processing and ad hoc comparative analysis studies working in conjunction with RE Analytics team members
