Responsibilities Maintain a deep knowledge of our products and services – understand features and benefits, and articulate them to potential clients. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and expand product reach, meeting or exceeding targets. Identify potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and networking events. Build strong relationships by providing excellent customer service, answering queries, and introducing new products. Communicate client feedback to product development to improve offerings and adapt sales strategy. Keep records of client appointments, sales, and deal closings. Implement and maintain a CRM system. Participate in team meetings and sales training to sharpen skills and expand product knowledge. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Proven sales experience, preferably in the printing or related industry. Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of CRM software is a plus. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Skilled at negotiation and closing. Highly motivated, target‑driven, with a proven track record in sales.
