Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Nephrology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active RN license Certifications: BLS required Must-Have Skills/Experience: Med/Surg experience Preferred Skillset/Experience: Charge Nurse preferred but not required Nephrology experience preferred but not required Description: Candidates must be clear and start within 10 business days of offer acceptance to qualify for rapid rate. This is a 198-bed, level III trauma center including state-of-the-art operating suites. It provides healthcare in the Four Corners region, including medical, surgical, and rehabilitation services. The hospital also has a childbirth center, cancer center, nephrology unit, pediatric unit, inpatient behavioral health unit, day surgery center, and extensive imaging and lab testing services. The facility has received multiple accreditations, including PCI, mammography, and laboratory accreditation. It has been recognized as one of the Top 20 Most Beautiful Hospitals in the U.S. The facility boasts a reputation for excellence in healthcare. Located in a beautiful river valley, there are numerous outdoor recreational opportunities. The community features hiking, kayaking, historical sightseeing, and multiple natural attractions. Patient population includes geriatric and adult patients. Common diagnoses include end-stage renal disease (ESRD), peritoneal dialysis, and hemodialysis. The unit includes 24 beds with patient ratios of 1:4 to 1:6. Required education includes an ADN.
