Logistics Manager

We partnering with a growing organization to hire a Logistics Manager responsible for overseeing transportation, distribution, and day-to-day logistics operations. This role will ensure timely and cost-effective delivery while optimizing processes across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities: Oversee transportation, routing, and distribution operations Manage relationships with carriers, freight providers, and 3PL partners Monitor logistics performance, KPIs, and cost efficiencies Identify process improvements to optimize delivery times and reduce costs Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards Qualifications: 5–10+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or distribution Experience managing carriers, freight, and/or 3PL relationships Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset Experience with TMS, ERP systems, or logistics software Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Why this role: Opportunity to optimize logistics operations and drive impact Collaborative team environment Strong growth potential within supply chain leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
