Job Summary

A direct hire opportunity is available for a bilingual Spanish and English Assistant Project Manager in West Hollywood, CA. This role supports real estate and property management related projects from planning through closeout, working closely with Project Managers, owners, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

The Assistant Project Manager will play an important role in keeping projects organized, documented, and moving forward. This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented project professional who enjoys a collaborative environment, supportive leadership, hands-on project exposure, and the opportunity to build a long-term career path in project management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, invoices, building rules, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, clients, owners, and internal teams to support successful project execution.
- Track RFIs, submittals, permits, change orders, issue logs, submittal logs, meeting minutes, progress reports, and punch lists.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, field conditions, safety compliance, and quality standards.
- Support procurement of materials and services, tenant improvement packages, closeout documentation, turnover packages, and welcome packages.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $58,000 to $65,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: West Hollywood, CA.
