As a strategic and emotionally intelligent resource to the community, we are excited to expand our successful agency with your skillset.Benefits include company parties, competitive salary, dental insurance, health insurance, opportunity for advancement, paid time off, parental leave, training & development, and vision insurance.Responsibilities include selling life and health insurance policies to new and existing clients, conducting needs analysis to identify the best insurance products for clients, explaining policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients, assisting clients with claims and policy changes, developing and maintaining client relationships to foster long-term trust, staying updated on industry trends and new product offerings, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.Qualifications include an NC insurance license for life and health insurance, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to understand and explain complex insurance products, 3+ years of experience in financial services sales, detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, ability to build and maintain client relationships, and proficiency with insurance agency software.Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.Our team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
