RESPONSIBILITIES Greeting and communicating with patients and visitors upon arrival at our facility Register patients by verifying identity, demographics and insurance information Review registration paperwork and scan to HST Scan patient identification and insurance cards to HST Accept and record patient cost share payments Verify vendor and visitor sign in Communicate with other areas of the business office and clinical departments Maintain clean and tidy lobby area Perform other duties as required by the Business Office Manager KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES Ability to take ownership and leads by example. Ability to contribute in a cross-functional collaborative environment. Ability to learn quickly and work independently. Self-motivated with the attitude and ability to be successful as part of a team.
