Locum - Nurse Practitioner - Neurology Lima, OH

Open dates: 12 shifts per month

Job details:

• Patient demographics: 100% Adult
• Setting: Hospital - 100% Inpatient; 10% Trauma
• Average number of hospital-based patients per locum per day: 10-15
• 1 physician onsite at a given time; 3 total in group
• 2 APPs in group
• Lab and X-ray facilities on site
• EMR: Epic Carepath
• Willing to accept: Locum; Locum to Perm; & Perm

Required duties/procedures:

• Radiologic exam interpretation (unofficial)
• Code stroke response team

Estimated credentialing timeframe: ~60 days; pending license and background

Submission requirements:

• Board certified PA or NP - REQUIRED
• OH License - HIGHLY PREFERRED, willing to accept providers needing to obtain license
• ACLS - REQUIRED
• ENLS - HIGHLY PREFERRED
