Equipment Repair Supervisor

General Responsibilities Focus on equipment OEE improvement and conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to prevent unscheduled shutdowns. Conduct equipment evaluations to ensure maintenance standards are met. Keep records of equipment failures and provide needed information and data to upper management. Ensure that equipment and tools are in good condition for use. Supervise personnel and participate in coaching, training employees, and performance evaluations. Experience / Qualifications University degree required (e.g., Bachelor's) or equivalent relevant work experience. Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members. Hold self and others accountable for achieving goals and standards. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple competing tasks. Strong communication skills: oral, written and presentation. Strong organizational, planning and time‑management skills to achieve results. Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization, including suppliers and/or external customers. Additional Responsibilities Prepare and evaluate costing, pricing, and processes for the Repairs program. Communicate with customers whose equipment is being repaired under warranty. Eligibility and Regulatory Requirements Position requires eligibility to obtain authorization under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
