Position: Gastroenterologist Needed Near Merrillville, Indiana

Location: Merrillville, Indiana (1 hour from Chicago)

Healthcare United is actively searching for a Board Eligible or Board Certified Gastroenterologist to join an established healthcare system located near Merrillville, Indiana, 1 hour drive from the vibrant city of Chicago. This position offers a range of exciting responsibilities and the chance to make a meaningful impact.

What to Expect:

• Performing all ERCPs and endoscopic ultrasound procedures.
• Availability of EGDs and colonoscopies, among other procedures.
• Dedicated GI lab time to support your work.
• A call rotation of 1:5, with GI fellows taking first call.
• Collaborative team support from hospitalist and general surgery.
• Hospital consultations are seen with GI fellows.

Requirements:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology.
• Expertise in performing ERCPs and endoscopic ultrasound procedures.
• Proficiency in a wide range of gastroenterological procedures.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills to work effectively with the medical team.
