Research Administrator Associate
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support groundbreaking research initiatives, the full-time Research Administrator Associate will manage industry and federal clinical trial agreements, oversee contract negotiations, and provide administrative guidance, all while working remotely from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Key responsibilities Manage and negotiate clinical trial agreements and contracts with industry and federal sponsors Collaborate with clinical trial study teams to ensure compliance with university policies and sponsor regulations Provide administrative support and guidance to faculty, staff, and sponsor agencies regarding research projects Required qualifications Master's degree (MA) or equivalent experience Three years of related experience in research administration or contract management Ability to interpret complex regulations and policies Strong critical thinking and multitasking skills Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development
