Compliance Project Manager

Job Title and Summary Medicare Compliance Project Manager – Temporary position (6 months). Focuses on leading compliance initiatives across Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug Part D, and FIDE‑SNP regulatory requirements. Coordinates cross‑functional projects and ensures regulatory changes are implemented accurately. Responsibilities Coordinate cross‑functional compliance projects, track deliverables, and maintain project plans to meet milestones and regulatory deadlines. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document scope, and monitor progress; escalated risks or delays for timely resolution. Support identification, documentation, and escalation of compliance issues, tracking corrective actions to mitigate risks. Manage implementation of regulatory or process changes, tracking action items and facilitating status updates. Maintain audit‑ready documentation and support internal and external audits. Identify opportunities to enhance compliance processes, implement improvements to increase efficiency, strengthen controls, and reduce regulatory risk. Monitor and analyze federal and state regulatory requirements impacting Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug (MAPD) and FIDE‑SNP operations, conduct impact assessments, and support accurate implementation. Execute compliance monitoring activities to evaluate operational controls, document findings, and identify potential risks. Support alignment between Medicare (CMS) and Medi‑Cal (DHCS) requirements to identify gaps or conflicts within FIDE‑SNP operations. Contribute to project reporting by preparing status summaries, tracking key risks and dependencies, and supporting leadership visibility. Qualifications Demonstrated working knowledge of CMS and state regulatory requirements, including Medicare Advantage, PartD, and Medicaid programs. Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills to evaluate requirements, assess controls, identify risks, and support problem‑solving. Attention to detail and documentation to ensure audit‑ready materials. Effective written and verbal communication skills; translates complex requirements into concise guidance and reports. Advisory and consultative skills to provide risk‑based guidance while maintaining second‑line independence. Organizational and time‑management skills; manages multiple priorities and regulatory timelines in a dynamic environment. Benefits and Compensation Base pay range: $44.42–$64.27 per hour.
