This is an in-office position

Compensation: Base Salary plus Commission & Bonus ($50,000 - $100,000 annually)

 

  Responsibilities Include:

• Prospecting for new client opportunities through calling leads, outside marketing, networking, obtaining referrals, and other targeted lists, etc. 
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services while providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. 
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about their insurance and financial services options and put them on a path to meet their long-term goals.
• Use exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business. 

Requirements:

• Dedicated to customer service
• Sales experience preferred (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) 
• Self-motivated
• Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
• Able to obtain a Life/Health License
• Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
• Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs

My Training Program Includes:

• Licensing Assistance
• Job shadowing and training with experienced representatives
• Product knowledge & sales training courses
• Developing sales skills to market insurance products
• Setting sales and growth goals
• Working closely with the agent and management to gain an understanding of the agent’s role and office logistics
