Fogón and Lions is looking for passionate, energetic, and hospitality-driven Servers to join our front-of-house team.

As part of Concept 2 Table Hospitality Group , Fogón and Lions is a high-energy restaurant and bar built around exceptional food, creative cocktails, genuine hospitality, and strong guest relationships.

We're looking for individuals who understand that being a great server is about much more than taking orders and delivering food.

Your Mission

Your mission is to create exceptional dining experiences that turn first-time guests into loyal regulars.

As a Server, you are more than a member of our service team. You are an ambassador of our restaurant, our culture, and our commitment to hospitality.

You'll guide guests through our menu, introduce them to our cocktails and culinary offerings, anticipate their needs, and create genuine connections that make every visit memorable.

Your success will be measured not only by your service skills, but by the relationships you build, the experiences you create, and the positive energy you bring to every shift.

What You'll Do

• Deliver warm, genuine, and attentive service throughout the entire dining experience.
  
  
• Create meaningful connections with guests and develop relationships with regular customers.
  
  
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of our food menu, cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits.
  
  
• Confidently guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful recommendations.
  
  
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
  
  
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency when taking orders and communicating with the kitchen and bar.
  
  
• Manage multiple tables while maintaining high hospitality standards.
  
  
• Recognize birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations, and special occasions.
  
  
• Work closely with bartenders, hosts, server assistants, chefs, and management to deliver seamless service.
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
  
  
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
  
  
• Support teammates during busy shifts and contribute to a positive team culture.
  
  
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices and company standards.
  
  
• Take ownership of every guest experience from beginning to end.

What We're Looking For

• Previous serving experience in a full-service, upscale, or high-volume restaurant preferred.
  
  
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest relations.
  
  
• Warm, outgoing, and engaging personality.
  
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, beer, and spirits—or a willingness to learn.
  
  
• Ability to confidently recommend menu items and enhance the guest experience.
  
  
• Strong multitasking, organization, and time-management skills.
  
  
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient during high-volume service.
  
  
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
  
  
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  
  
• Team-first mentality and willingness to support coworkers.
  
  
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  
  
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  
  
• Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.
