Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Occupational Therapy license in New Jersey
• Previous experience in a school-based OT setting highly desired
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and parents
• Ability to create and adapt IEP goals and implement evidence-based interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students referred for occupational therapy and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students based on their needs
• Integrate therapy goals into classroom routines, supporting academic and functional skill development
• Document student progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Work closely with teachers and school staff to ensure comprehensive support for each student
