The Jeff Rouse Swim & Sport Center is currently accepting applications for an Assistant Aquatics Director.
Assistant Aquatics Director
The Assistant Aquatics Director is responsible for directly managing aquatics staff (interview, hire, train, evaluate), managing aquatics programs with the continual goal of better usage of the pool, and meeting the needs of the community. The Assistant Aquatics Director will teach or substitute coach swim teams, youth swim lessons and/or lifeguarding as needed.
This position will also maintain all pool operations and oversee all equipment and maintenance to ensure proper pool functioning.
