You'll build relationships with homeowners, prepare project estimates, help improve our AI assisted estimating tools, and play an important role in one of Idaho's premier painting companies. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners and provide expert guidance. Measure and estimate residential painting projects. Prepare professional proposals. Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business. Confidently ask for the sale. Work with our production team to ensure successful projects.
