Your day to day as a Medical Office Receptionist

As a Medical Office Receptionist at Texas Fertility Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include greeting and checking-in/out patients, collecting fees for services rendered, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, managing patient records, chaperoning during sonograms, providing patients with treatment plans and test kits, maintaining a clean and organized reception area. In this role, you can expect to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

You will be an integral part of our team, collaborating with doctors, nurses, and support staff to ensure efficient operations and exceptional patient care.
