Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a Diverse Team: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide insightful guidance to patients and caregivers on therapeutic methods to encourage ongoing progress outside of the clinic.
• Monitor Progress and Adapt As Needed: Keep meticulous records of patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimum outcomes.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Continuing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and funded.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
