Job description: Pay: $15.00 per hour + tips Tips average $350 - $650 per day Job Summary We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by serving beverages, managing the bar area efficiently, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. This is a very fast paced and high volume position and we are looking for experienced candidates who can carry themselves professionally and perform at a consistent and exceedingly high level on a nightly basis. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Prepare and sell alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and recommend drink selections. Operate TOAST POS systems for order processing and cash handling. Maintain bar setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; replenishing beverages; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling practices. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the bar environment. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cashiering protocols. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a restaurant is required . Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a high-pressure setting. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations in the food industry. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members.
