Job Description
Full-Time Bartender | Elevate the Guest Experience | Busy Year-Round
You’re not just pouring drinks—you’re curating an experience.
At Okeechobee Steakhouse, Lewis Steakhouse and Lewis Prime Grill , hospitality isn’t just what we do—it’s who we are. We’re looking for skilled, career-driven bartenders who take pride in their craft and thrive in high-volume, high-touch environments. If you’re the kind of bartender who lives to create unforgettable moments across the bar, we want to meet you.
Why You'll Love It Here:
- No off-season. Ever. Our bars stay busy year-round—this is a full-time role with real consistency.
- Craft-first culture. We respect the art of bartending. You’ll work with premium spirits, seasonal ingredients, and a bar team that cares.
- Professional vibes only. This is not your side hustle—it’s a career move.
- Team energy. High standards, no egos. Just good people doing great work.
- Health & dental benefits available after 60 days—because we take care of our team, too.
You Are:
- Experienced. You’ve got 5+ years behind a high-volume bar and can handle the heat without breaking a sweat.
- Craft-savvy. You know your specs, you shake like a pro, and you love talking flavor profiles with guests.
- Service-obsessed. For you, hospitality is the show —and you're the star.
- Sharp, composed, and guest-focused. Always polished. Always present.
We Offer:
- ✅ Full-time, stable hours at one of South Florida’s busiest and most respected hospitality groups
- ✅ Health and dental benefits after 60 days
- ✅ A guest base that appreciates great cocktails and stellar service
- ✅ A fast-paced, professional environment with room to grow
- ✅ Competitive pay, tip consistency, and team-driven success
- ✅ Plus, we close on major holidays—Thanksgiving, Christmas, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day—so you can spend quality time with your family!
Where We're Hiring:
All locations, Okeechobee Steakhouse, Lewis Steakhouse and Lewis Prime Grill
