Responsibilities include delegating duties and fairly assigning specific tasks to ensure Team Members are prepared for our guests, contributing to a team environment by recognizing and reinforcing individual and team accomplishments, following inventory control procedures and guidelines, following all Capriotti's procedures and operational policies, cash handling, sanitation, and safety/security, to ensure the safety of all Team Members and guests during each shift, assisting with labor management costs, acting with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote Capriotti's values and culture, demonstrating proficiency in all areas of shop operations to assist where needed during assigned shift, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the shop and ensuring proper setup and breakdown of all areas, including the dining room, restrooms, cold stations, grill, and prep areas, working as a team to prepare for each shift, managing time effectively while meeting all job responsibilities, and maintaining a positive work environment for Team Members and guests during each shift.What we're looking for includes a positive attitude & strong work ethic, a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, dependability and readiness to learn, and at least 18+ years of age.Ready to join the team?
