WelderWe are seeking skilled welders to join our team for a large project involving Structural Steel. The position offers both 1st and 2nd shift opportunities, with occasional work on Fridays and some Saturdays. The 1st shift runs from Monday to Thursday, while the 2nd shift operates from 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday to Thursday. Our company has expanded enough to create a 2nd shift and aims to have it operational by mid-January.Responsibilities:Perform MIG welding on Structural Steel up to 2 inches thick.Work collaboratively within a team of up to three people.Read and interpret blueprints for fabrication processes.Maintain a clean and safe work area.Ensure quality standards are met in all welding tasks.Essential Skills:3+ years of experience in MIG welding, specifically with Structural Steel.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Strong understanding of working with Structural Steel.Welding certification.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Experience with fabrication processes.Great work ethic and positive attitude.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Why Work Here?We offer quarterly performance bonuses and a 401(k) plan with a 3% match. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
