Experience in caregiving, education, or working with individuals with an intellectual or developmental disability, whether in a private residence or group home, is preferred. $17+ hourly and ask about the $250 contract signing incentive! Direct Care Professional Duties and Responsibilities Assist Individuals as they develop and maintain skills to improve their daily-living and social skills. Assist your client with daily tasks, such as bathing and feeding. Engage in activities with Individuals to live more independently within the community and/or be more productive and participatory in community life. Maintain annual 24 hour state mandated training requirements.
