Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary certifications and experience to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years recent experience in an emergency room settingCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationCurrent Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificationNIH Stroke Certification required before the start dateNYS SAFE certification preferred, but not requiredAs part of the orientation process, candidates must complete an additional 8 hours of Continuing Education Units (CEUs). The emergency department features 14 beds and 4 minor treatment areas, with a nurse-patient ratio of 4:1, handling approximately 31,000 visits annually. Charting is conducted using T-system software.Important Note: Limited holiday time-off requests will be accepted. Candidates must be willing to work every other holiday and are required to receive a flu vaccine or submit a declination form. Masks are required for those opting out of the flu vaccine.Client Details City Rome State NY
