Program Manager

Responsibilities Perform program management oversight for the CCWIS program, including all PMO vendor Project Managers and Business Analysts Make daily project decisions as needed and elevate issues to the project executive or designee Responsible for the development and maintenance of the integrated project schedule, and decision, risk and issue logs Ensure all internal project communications and reporting are occurring Develop and maintain, in collaboration with the State and other vendors, the Master PMP Develop and maintain, in consultation with the State and other vendors, the Integrated Schedule Ensure all vendors, and the State, are abiding by the Integrated Schedule and notify the State immediately of deviations that comprise the CCWIS Implementation Provide a complete and thorough review of project deliverables and ensure review and approval milestones are met Perform other duties as assigned An Ideal Candidate has US Citizenship Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical related discipline (e.g., finance, engineering, mathematics, or computer science) Active Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting technology solutions as PMO Manager Two (2) to Five (5) years' experience in child welfare or human services related role(s) Ability to write detailed assessment reports of project activities Strong familiarity with agile methodologies Ability to analyze and resolve difficult logic and processing issuesDocumented experience with highly complex, multi-vendor technology, replacing extreme legacy system across multiple units Budget management, people management, and strategic planning experience Proficient with the MS Office, including Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio Excellent presentation and communication skills in both written and oral Work with minimal supervision at client sites while operating as part of a larger team Barrow Wise Consulting, LLC offers an ethical, challenging, diverse, and rewarding experience.
