Hiring: Surgical Assistant – Permanent Full-Time

Location: Honolulu, HI
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
Shift: Full-Time | Rotating
Salary: $116,000 – $140,000/year

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Assistant to support surgeons during operative procedures while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and surgical safety.

Job Description:

Assist surgeons before, during, and after surgical procedures.
Prepare the operating room and surgical instruments.
Maintain a sterile field throughout procedures.
Support patient positioning, tissue handling, and wound closure as directed.
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Current CFA, CSA, or Assistant in Surgery Certification (NBSTSA, NSAA, ABSA, or NASC).
Current BLS Certification.
Minimum 1 year of First Assistant/Surgical Assistant experience preferred.
