Qualifications:

• Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test
• Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
• Leads and participates in individual and group activities as directed by Director of LE and Specialist in that level of care.
• Will assist in planning and organizing the Life Enrichment activities.
• Provides and leads individual and group activities in the daytime, evenings & weekends.
• Will assist as needed with paperwork, attendance sheets, room and food requests and documentation of resident's plan of care.
• Maintains the Life Enrichment bulletin and electronic boards.
