We're assisting our client, looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to partner across the organization and provide insights that drive growth. In this high-visibility role, you'll enhance financial systems and tools, manage operating expense metrics, and deliver reporting directly to the CFO. You'll also collaborate with department leaders to align goals, improve processes, and support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reporting packages and analyze trends, drivers, and variances.
• Build financial models, tools, and dashboards (including Tableau) to provide actionable insights.
• Lead planning and budgeting processes, including reporting and analysis.
• Research industry trends and competitor strategies to benchmark performance.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and present findings to leadership.
• Partner with business leaders to identify process and efficiency improvements.
• Manage pricing workbooks and tariff calculations to support strategy and compliance.
• Support accounting-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 4-10 years of progressive financial analysis or modeling experience.
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with strong Excel expertise.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and business operations.
• Ability to identify performance drivers, assess risks, and recommend improvements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence presenting to senior leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Tableau or similar tools.
