About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Construction Development. Applicants for the COO position should have 7-10 years' of experience in multi-vertical real estate operations, with a strong background in development and property management. The role requires a proven track record in building operational systems, standard operating procedures, and scalable infrastructure, as well as financial and operational leadership with a focus on EBITDA performance and margin improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience in team leadership, expansion initiatives, and a strong understanding of financial metrics within real estate investments. A strategic operator with the ability to work in entrepreneurial environments, the COO will be instrumental in the company's evolution towards a more institutional operating platform and must possess excellent communication skills, a proactive problem-solving ability, and a high level of personal energy.
