Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic

The Family Medicine RN assesses, plans, organizes, provides, and evaluates nursing care. This is done utilizing the nursing process and critical thinking in an outpatient clinical environment. Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified. Requests after upload or during the interview will not be approved. No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted. Candidates must have their own form of transportation, as this facility is located in an area where ride-sharing and public transportation are not available. Traveler's permanent address must be included in their profile. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. The facility will not approve scheduling requests after the time of the offer or during the interview. It is essential to obtain this information prior to submission. Requests after the offer may lead to a rescinded offer. Work history and a skills checklist relevant to the position are required. A supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment is needed.
