Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support employees and managers across multiple facilities within our wholesale parts distribution business. This is a hands‑on role responsible for employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and day‑to‑day HR support. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary HR resource for employees and managers across multiple locations. Manage recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee offboarding. Handle employee relations, attendance, performance, and disciplinary matters. Coach managers on HR policies, performance management, and employee issues. Administer benefits and maintain accurate employee records and HRIS information. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Support workers' compensation and unemployment claims. Coordinate employee training, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives. Partner with facility leadership to improve retention and employee experience. Travel between facilities as needed (a few times per year). Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred. 1-3+ years of HR Generalist experience. Experience supporting hourly, warehouse, distribution, or similar employees preferred. Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR compliance. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
