Proposal Specialist

Working remotely, the full-time Proposal Specialist III will lead medium to large proposals and presentations, support capture managers in developing win strategies, and ensure compliance and quality of proposal deliverables. Key responsibilities: Lead responses to client RFI/RFQ/RFPs and manage proposal deliverables across various formats Facilitate color reviews and apply lessons learned to enhance proposal quality Provide market research and competitive intelligence to support proposal strategy and business planning efforts Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience Strong understanding of proposal and presentation strategy development and compliance Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Familiarity with marketing best practices and procedures
