About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of Partnerships to play a pivotal role in the development and execution of a comprehensive partnership strategy. This strategy is aimed at strengthening relationships and driving growth in patient census and revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing account segmentation and relationship strategies, identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships, and expanding services. A key aspect of the role is to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers across various healthcare organizations, including skilled nursing, post-acute care, hospitals, and physician groups. The VP of Partnerships will also lead a team of client relationship professionals, ensuring they operate as strategic managers and are equipped to drive growth. Candidates for the VP of Partnerships role at the company should have significant leadership experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or a related function within healthcare. A background in skilled nursing facilities or post-acute care is strongly preferred, with consideration for those from adjacent healthcare services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling successful partnership functions, as well as the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Strong strategic, analytical, communication, and influencing skills are essential, as is the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. The role requires a passion for improving patient access to care and the ability to engage with a wide range of healthcare stakeholders.
