Woodland Windows & Doors is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Showroom & Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be one of the first people our customers meet and an important support partner to our sales team.

You’ll welcome customers, coordinate appointments, answer questions, follow up with prospective customers, and help make sure important details don’t fall through the cracks. If you enjoy working with people, juggling different priorities, and taking pride in providing great service, this could be a great fit.

This position is based primarily in our Roselle showroom, with flexibility to work at our Oakbrook Terrace showroom when coverage is needed.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience

Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week

• Weekday hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday hours: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Saturday availability is required as part of the regular workweek
• One scheduled weekday off each week
• Paid weekly

What You’ll Do

You’ll play an important role in helping customers feel welcomed, informed, and well cared for while keeping our sales team organized and connected.

• Welcome showroom visitors and create a warm, professional first impression
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers or connect them with the appropriate team member
• Coordinate, update, and confirm customer appointments
• Manage sales representatives’ schedules
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand customers’ projects and gather important information for the sales team
• Assist customers with general showroom and product questions
• Demonstrate how window and door products operate and explain basic features
• Enter and maintain accurate customer, appointment, and lead information in MarketSharp
• Follow up with prospective customers from showroom visits, phone calls, website inquiries, and other lead sources
• Route leads and customer information to the appropriate sales representative
• Accurately process customer credit card deposits
• Support customers and the sales team with scheduling, communication, and administrative needs
• Keep brochures, samples, displays, and customer materials organized and stocked
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready showroom
• Communicate customer questions or concerns to the appropriate team member
• Look for opportunities to improve the showroom and customer experience

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is naturally helpful, dependable, organized, and comfortable communicating with a variety of customers.

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, retail, showroom, sales support, scheduling, receptionist, or another customer-facing role
• Friendly, professional, confident, and enthusiastic approach with customers
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple schedules, appointments, and priorities while maintaining accuracy
• Comfortable handling customer payments and basic math
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Experience scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate customer information
• Comfortable learning and using MarketSharp or a similar CRM or scheduling system
• Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls to prospective customers
• Ability to ask good questions, gather information, and determine the appropriate next step
• Dependable and able to work independently while also supporting a team
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work in both Roselle and Oakbrook Terrace when needed
• Willingness to learn Woodland’s window and door products

Window, door, home improvement, construction, or building-product experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person.

Bilingual skills are also a plus.
