Dermatologist Opportunity in Northeast North Dakota | No Call | 625K Base Guaranteed

Join a well-established, high-volume dermatology and cosmetic center with zero competition in the area, a packed schedule, and the infrastructure to support both medical and cosmetic dermatology from day one.

The Practice:

• High-volume, low-competition practice booked over 60 days out, averaging 28 to 30 patients per day, with full-time considered 35 patient hours per week
• Strong support team including NPs handling biopsies and aesthetics, plus LPN and dermatology tech support, with MOHS capability available if trained
• Full suite of equipment including UVB light therapy, XTRAC excimer laser, and a range of cosmetic lasers
• No call, with EPIC EMR and Dragon or Dax voice dictation

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary of 625,000 guaranteed for 3 years, with wRVU production above that if greater
• Generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance up to 10,000
• Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, 401(k) and 457(b) retirement plans, and paid malpractice with tail coverage
• 33 days of PTO, paid parental leave, 5,000 CME allowance, and a lifestyle spending account

You'll Need:

• MD or DO, Board Eligible or Board Certified in Dermatology
• MOHS training a plus but not required
