In this role, you will serve as a primary client contact and trusted advisor, delivering vital insights on financial reporting, internal controls, and business risks. Founded in 1931, we are a premier CPA, advisory, and financial planning firm that prioritizes team-driven success and long-term client results.Key ResponsibilitiesEngagement Ownership: Own engagement outcomes, including technical quality, project timelines, and overall profitability, while keeping the team accountable.Client-Centric Leadership: Build trusted client relationships, anticipate their business needs, and provide proactive insights beyond core audit services.Talent Development: Coach, mentor, and develop staff accountants and seniors, directly supporting and building our internal leadership pipeline.Operational Management: Manage team workloads, continuously improve audit efficiencies, and optimize staff utilization across concurrent engagements.Business Development: Support firm growth initiatives through client expansion, active networking, and proposal development.RequirementsExperience: 5+ years of progressive public accounting audit experience, including proven experience overseeing reviews, compilations, and audits.Education & Credentials: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's preferred); active CPA license required.Technical Skills: Deep, comprehensive knowledge of GAAP and GAAS, with the ability to apply technical excellence and judgment to complex accounting issues.Attributes: Strong leadership competencies, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to promoting a collaborative, positive firm culture.Why Join Us?We understand that any major goal is achieved based on the effectiveness of the team.
